Vaporeon Cosplay Makeup Test

Just running a check on my makeup design for my Vaporeon cosplay. I stared with a base coat of Covergirl fresh look natural ivory fondation. Then applied Avon glimmersticks midnight blue liner. The first layer of shadow was Maybelline NY Eyestudio Sapphire Siren in the turqouise shade applied to the upper lid to the eyebrow then dragged down along the inside of the eye and the outside down over the cheek the fleshed out for a rouder look. Next the blue of the same pallet was added to the bottom lid and rounded down to blend into the turqouise slash on the cheek. Finally from that pallet the white was applied to form four bubbles along the bottom outer edge. I swiped the dark blue from a Covergirl Eyeenhancers crystal waters pallet. Finish the eyes with a layer of L.A.Colors mascara and Hard Candy Lash Tinsel in UFO. The lips are L.A.Colors bright blue. The final piece to this makeup will be one blue and two white rhinestones under each eye at Otakon.
